Duration: 1 minute

A small children's rubber ball can help remind you to sit up straight.

Put the ball between your knees to fire up muscles and get your body square. If you start to cross your legs, or turn your hips, you'll be reminded by the ball, and as a result you won't suffer from that annoying back pain that often plagues us on flights.
If you have questions about good flying posture, contact a local kinesiologist and physiotherapist.
