There are good posture products out there to help you maintain good posture on the plane.

You can purchase a neck brace at the airport, or at many local stores. A neck brace will allow you to lean back and take a nap with solid neck support รป your neck won't flop around from side to side as you try to doze.
If you have questions about flying posture, contact a local physiotherapist or kinesiologist.
