I think that seeing a physician is a great tool that you should have in the toolbox for strategies to copy with mental health. And you know for me personally, I think it’s tough for some people to admit to wanting to go see a physician or seeking help on their own.

So I think for me personally, I had to talk to my parents about it when I was having an issue with anxiety in the past and they kind of recommended “It might help to bounce your ideas off of a physician and see what they’re thinking, or a specialist.”

I think it should definitely be a tool, and it helped me personally. It’s just tough to get people to want to do that sometimes, to seek help on their own.
