One of the myths out there is that exercise can actually impact the taste of your breast milk, as well as the amount of breast milk you produce.

No studies have actually been able to reproduce that. If you keep yourself well hydrated and drink a lot of water during your exercise program, there is absolutely no change in the taste of your breast milk or how much you produce.

If you have any questions about exercises you should be doing while you're breastfeeding, please contact your healthcare provider.
