Botox And The Reduction of Dynamic Lines
Duration: 1 minute, 10 seconds
Botox is known as a neuromodulator.
This is a type of drug which is derived from the botulinum toxin, but purified and used in very, very small amounts to affect specific changes to muscle action, so Botox is very effective for the reduction of dynamic lines especially in the upper face.
These are lines that tend to move when you smile, so when you frown and you develop those 11s between your eyes, Botox can relax those muscles and make your countenance look much more sublime.
Botox interestingly also has an effect on the sweat glands and by blocking the nerve transmission from the nerves in the sweat glands, it can inhibit sweat production. And, for some people this can be lifesaving and altering in a positive way.
If you believe that you're somebody who could use Botox then you should seek out a qualified medical specialist.
